Overview

By creating an account or using Paimorn ("we", "our", the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

Your Account

You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for anything that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account, and you may not share an account with others or create one to impersonate someone else.

Content You Submit

When you submit a song, lyrics, chords, a comment, a song request, or anything else to Paimorn, you keep ownership of it, but you grant us a license to display, store, and distribute it on the Service (including transposed/reformatted versions) for as long as it remains published. You confirm you have the right to share what you submit — don't submit lyrics/chords you don't have permission to share, or content that infringes someone else's copyright.

Moderation

All song submissions are reviewed by an admin before appearing publicly, and may be edited, rejected, or removed at any time — including after approval — if they violate these Terms, contain incorrect information, or are reported as a copyright/content issue. Comments, song requests, and community posts may also be removed at our discretion.

Acceptable Use

Don't use Paimorn to submit spam, harassment, illegal content, or anything designed to disrupt the Service. Don't attempt to access another user's account, bypass moderation, or interfere with the Service's normal operation.

Account Termination

We may suspend or delete an account that violates these Terms, without notice. You can stop using the Service, or ask us to delete your account and its data (see the Privacy Policy), at any time.

No Warranty

Paimorn is provided "as is" — chord and lyric accuracy depends on contributors, and we don't guarantee the Service will always be available, error-free, or exactly as described. Use your own judgment, especially for anything performance-critical.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. Continuing to use Paimorn after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
